Biography:  Phil LaCourse has been in the treatment field of mental Heath and substance abuse since 1979.  He has been licensed in the State of Michigan  as a Limited Licensed Psychologist for 30 years, has worked  at the County and State level as an administrator.  He developed the legal protocol for the State of Michigan for monitoring of opiate replacement programs.   Additionally, he was the Clinical  Director for Brighton Hospital for three years.   He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of co-existing disorders.
